 To win the 2011 Race to Dubai, a player must end his season at the top and complete a European Tour's a minimum of 50 tournaments in a season-long contest.
The players are ranked according to their earnings from all European Tour events, the Major Championships and the World Golf Championships. The top 60 players will qualify for the Dubai World Championship, and the top 15 players at the close of that tournament will share the price Race to Dubai bonus pool.

 Over 110 golfers have been honing their golfing skills in Dubai in preparation for the 19th Dubai Duty Free Golf World Cup which is taking place on the 23rd and 24th November at the Emirates Golf Club and the Dubai Creek Golf and Yacht Club respectively.
This event is open to representatives of the duty free industry only and for the past year’s of the tournament it has attracted over 70 international players from over 20 countries, with the remaining players coming from the UAE.
The tournament, which is organized by Dubai Duty Free, will take place in the middle of an extremely busy week in Dubai. |
