Dubai Duty Free once again will returned to the UK as a sponsor for the 10th running of the Dubai Duty Free Shergar Cup at Ascot Racecourse on 7th August 2010 .
Last year, the world’s premier international jockeys’ challenge attracted big name riders including Emirati sensation Ahmed Ajtebi who shot to prominence with a fantastic Group 1 double on Dubai World Cup night at Nad Al Sheba in March 2009, and Haley Turner, the first female jockey to ride 100 winners in a season. |

Seventy six players competed in the event last year which was open to Men, 50 years and above and Ladies, 45 years and above. Each player received 7/8 handicap allowance to be used at the appropriate stroke index holes.
Satnam Kaur (EGF) and Tony Dougherty (ARGC) were crowned Overall Champions last year in their respective Stableford and Gross Divisions at the Dubai Duty Free Seniors Cup held at the Arabian Ranches Golf Club |
