The annual Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF) has emerged as the leading shopping and entertainment event in the region since 1996. It’s the largest and longest running shopping and entertainment extravaganza attracting millions of shopping lovers from Middle East countries, Africa, Europe, India and other countries.
The mega shopping and entertainment event will be held from January 05 to February 05, 2012.

Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships remains a firm favorite amongst the top ranked female players on the WTA’s Premier-Event calendar and furthermore holds the accolade of the Middle East’s only ATP 500 tournament.

The Dubai World Cup, held in Meydan state of the art race-track, attracts more than 50,000 racegoers each year.
The US$10 million in prize money alone is classified as a ‘Group One Flat Race’ for four-year-old thoroughbreds and above, and spans a distance of 2,000m (one mile, two furlongs, previously run on dirt it is now contested on an All-Weather surface.
Once again the US$5 million Group1 Race will be sponsored by Dubai Duty Free and it is considered as one of the two richest races run on turf, anywhere in the world.
