The promotion, which was first introduced in 1989, offers ticket holders the chance to win a luxury car, BMW, Mercedes, Porsche, Rolls Royce or Ferrari.

the popularity of the Finest Surprise promotion shows no sign
of abating. On average, two luxury cars are raffled every two weeks, for incoming, transiting, outgoing and online ticket
buyers, with the winning cars being transported to any

For each Finest Surprise Car Series, 1000 tickets are sold at Dhs.500 (US$ 139) each. However, each Special Finest Surprise Car Series, 2000 tickets are sold at Dhs.500 (US$139) each, and for the Maybach exclusive, 6500 tickets are sold at Dhs.1000 (US$278) each.
   
The prize for each Series is a Finest Surprise luxury car.
   
No restrictions on the number of tickets that each individual can purchase.
   
   
Tickets are available at dedicated Dubai Duty Free Finest Surprise counters at the Departures and Arrivals of Terminals 1, 2, and 3 and at the Dubai Duty Free Desk at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel.
   
Tickets are also available at Craft Shop and the Aviation Club.

The purchaser is required to fill in all their particulars including passport number, nationality and contact details as proof of entry into the Finest Surprise draw.
   
The names of the winners are announced in the local & regional press. Draw dates and names of the winners are also posted on this web site. In addition, all participants at the draw are notified by mail of the winning number.
   
Dubai Duty Free will hand over the car personally to the winner upon furnishing the original ticket proof of purchase and a photocopy of the passport.
   
Dubai Duty Free will ship the car to the winner's country of residence/nearest seaport free of charge, however all local taxes, and custom duties will be paid by the winner.
   
The car will be stored in the Dubai Duty Free warehouse for a limited period (2 weeks) after the presentation.
   
All Dubai Duty Free raffle cars are GCC Specifications.
   
Dubai Duty Free reserves the right to refuse sale of the tickets or cancel the draw and refund all monies.
